Our MSC Certified albacore tuna is caught in the Fiji waters and around FAO 71, by our long line fishing vessels, and processed at our dedicated frozen facility.
The beautiful pink colour of albacore tuna distinguishes it from other deep red tuna species, and the gentle taste of the fish makes it suitable for a variety of preparations from sashimi to grilled.
