Both our Fresh and Frozen samples are also sent for comparative analysis to independent and accredited laboratories at the University of the South Pacific and/or New Zealand on annual basis for verifications. While our in-house laboratory’s supplies and equipment are sourced from Biomedix, USA and Metrohm, Australia whom we also engage with as quality consultants.

Hygiene isn’t negotiable. Our fish detailing process—whether it’s gilling or gutting—is executed with surgical precision. We understand that the clock ticks from catch to freezer, and we optimize processing time to preserve freshness and prevent contamination.

International bodies and customer-appointed quality auditors regularly put our processes to the test, and we emerge stronger each time. Our quality system has been built in line with the provisions of Safe Quality Food (SQF), British Retail Consortium (BRC), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). It’s not only the quality but also the authenticity and the legality of the raw material that are part and partial of our quality promise.
Our in-house testing laboratory is fully equipped and serves as a hub of scientific scrutiny leaving no room for ambiguity. We’ve set stringent quality parameters, especially in the case of Microbiological and Chemical tests and composite tests for our raw materials and finished products. Our commitment to precision extends beyond the visible—into the molecular realm. We also use third-party independent accredited laboratories to verify the accuracy of our own tests and also upon request from our customers.
