At Golden Ocean our core product range is high quality Yellow-fin tuna, Bigeye tuna and South Pacific Albacore tuna caught by our own fishing fleet and contracted fishing vessels, and processed at our state of the art fish factory facilities to meet the various needs of our clients.
In addition we also offer a range of quality seafood that forms the rest of our catch including Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Opah, and Sword fish, Spear fish, Sail fish and oil fish (Escolar) in limited quantities.
Our produce is offered in both Fresh and Frozen options, each being processed at separate dedicated, certified facilities.
Our fresh premier sashimi tuna products, caught by our own long line fishing vessels in less than 10 days fishing trip, are processed in our dedicated fresh factory and air freight shipped directly to USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand with offering 100% traceability and quality control.
The processing factory facilities are audited by external auditors from overseas Mereiux Australia and fully comply to the Local Food Safety Regulation of the Ministry of Health as well as requirements from visiting overseas government food administrators such as United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) and the European Union (EU).

The frozen processing facility is certified by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) & Safe Quality Foods (SQF), and is audited by multiple international organizations. All our vessels are also equipped with Freezing facilities, to support the high quality of our frozen produce and our larger vessels also equipped -60C Ultra Low Freezers onboard to achieve premier high-quality sashimi tuna
