Our frozen and super-frozen fish are sourced from our own fishing vessels and processed in our dedicated frozen factory facility. The fish is then shipped directly via sea freight, ensuring 100% traceability and stringent quality control throughout the entire process.
The frozen processing facility is certified by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) & Safe Quality Foods (SQF), and is audited by multiple international organizations. All our vessels are also equipped with Freezing facilities, to support the high quality of our frozen produce and our larger vessels also equipped -60C Ultra Low Freezers onboard to achieve premier high-quality sashimi tuna
Our marlin is caught in the Fiji waters and around FAO 71, by our long line fishing vessels, and processed at our dedicated frozen facility.
With a high fat content the fish has a naturally lacquered appearance and the flesh colour varies from orange-red which is ideal for eating raw and pink to light-coloured flesh ideal for serving as steaks.
